Refund Policy

Free Trial
EduNest may offer a free trial so schools can evaluate the service before paying. No refund is needed for a free trial because no subscription fee is charged for that period.
Paid Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally billed in advance for the selected billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless otherwise agreed with the school in writing.
Billing Issues
If a school believes it was charged incorrectly, contact us within seven days of the charge. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a correction, credit, or refund.
